1. Agreeing to these terms
By downloading, installing or using Eave, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t install or use the app.
2. Apple’s standard license
Eave is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple’s agreement ever conflict, Apple’s agreement wins.
3. Eave Pro and payments
Eave Pro is an optional one-time purchase. It adds five more papers, three more fonts, four more cats, Repeat, and the Eave Pro widget. It is not a subscription.
- Payment. Apple bills and processes every purchase through your Apple Account. The developer never receives or stores your payment details.
- Restoring. On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, tap Restore purchase in Eave’s Settings to get Pro back at no extra cost.
- Refunds. Apple handles refunds under its App Store policies. To ask for one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Your notes
Everything you write in Eave is yours. It’s stored on your iPhone and in the shared container Eave’s widgets read, and Eave doesn’t sync it or back it up to any server. To keep a copy, use Export data in Settings, or back up your iPhone with iCloud or a Mac.
5. No warranty
Eave is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard on reliability, but we can’t promise the app will run without interruption, or that iOS will never end a pinned note early, for example to save power or after a restart.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that come from using, or being unable to use, the app.
7. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the date at the top will show when. Continuing to use Eave after a change means you accept the new terms.
